JOURNAL
Sometimes the reason training slipped this week has nothing to do with training. It's the deadline, the bad night, the argument. The journal is a no-pressure place to get the day out of your head — and because Motivaite reads it for patterns, the things that keep tripping you up stop being invisible.
No streaks to break, no nagging, no guilt. Write when you want — a line or a page. A quick mood tap if that's all you've got. The Coach will never be hard on you about journaling; that's not what it's for.
Every entry is quietly read for its themes and stress triggers. When something recurs — work deadlines, poor sleep, a particular relationship — it surfaces in 'patterns worth noticing', so you can finally see what actually drives your stress.
When a pattern is clear, The Coach can gently connect it to your training or eating to help you notice it — asking, not lecturing. And if a day is genuinely heavy, it drops the edge entirely, responds with care, and points you toward real support.
