FORM CHECK
A second pair of eyes, not a verdict from on high. Film one or two slow reps, side-on, and The Coach reviews still frames sampled from your clip against the same form guide you were given — what it saw, good and bad, cues for next session, and a straight list of what it couldn't assess from that angle.
It reviews sampled stills, not continuous video — so no pretending to judge tempo or count reps. It says what it can't see, and it never diagnoses pain. That honesty is the whole point.
Ten downscaled frames are sampled on your device and analysed; the video itself is never uploaded and nothing visual is ever stored — only the written feedback.
Recent form-check cues flow into the daily orders — 'that deadlift check flagged the lower back; earn the weight back with strict RDLs.' Posture check included, one a day.
